A suggestion on behalf of my brother; "Ma_BrothaCreeper"

To have a plugin (banking) that involves withdrawl/desposisting into accounts (although he lacked a better way to explain such a proposal, you may understand such a request)

There would need to be a way to collect interest when players go over their grace period for repayment of debt though. It would need to be enforceable. (In my opinion)
